- 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Meat, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Two tsp Of freshly chopped fresh chives or green onions

Form Cups:
Remove the muffin tin from the oven.
