- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup Strawberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch cake pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Blend vanilla, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
Top with strawberry pie filling and sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until golden.
Cool before serving.
