Ingredients
  

  • 12 Small crackers or slices of baguette (toasted)
  • 6 oz Smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Capers, drained
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker or baguette slice.
  • Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with capers, a small slice of cucumber (if using), and a sprig of fresh dill.
  • You can serve it right away or chill it for up to an hour.
