Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bagels
  • 8 oz Smoked salmon
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Baby arugula or spinach
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly.
  • Spread an even layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel.
  • Layer smoked salmon, red onion, cucumber slices, and arugula on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add capers and fresh dill if desired.
  • Place the top half of the bagel over the fillings and press gently.
  • Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
