- 4 Bagels
- 8 oz Smoked salmon
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Baby arugula or spinach
- 1 tbsp Capers
- Fresh dill
- Lemon wedges
Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly.
Spread an even layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel.
Layer smoked salmon, red onion, cucumber slices, and arugula on top of the cream cheese.
Add capers and fresh dill if desired.
Place the top half of the bagel over the fillings and press gently.
Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
