Shrimp Deviled Eggs are a fantastic twist on the traditional dish. A little mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and spices can transform hard-boiled eggs into a spectacular appetizer or breakfast dish.
Divide the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium basin.
Using the back of a fork, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until fairly smooth.
Set aside 12 shrimp. Chop the remaining shrimp. Add the diced shrimp to the egg, along with the garlic powder and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Fill egg white halves with crushed egg mixture. Place a shrimp on top of each packed egg.
Finish with parsley and a small sprinkle of paprika. Serve.
