Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Sausage meat
  • 1 Sheet puff pastry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • After the puff pastry is rolled out, cut it into strips.
  • Place sausage meat on each strip and roll to enclose.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
