- 1 lb Sausage meat
- 1 Sheet puff pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
After the puff pastry is rolled out, cut it into strips.
Place sausage meat on each strip and roll to enclose.
Season with salt and pepper, then brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
