Sausage Rolls
A classic snack or appetizer, these sausage rolls are flaky and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage meat
- 1 Sheet puff pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- After the puff pastry is rolled out, cut it into strips.
- Place sausage meat on each strip and roll to enclose.
- Season with salt and pepper, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
