- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices Pepperoni
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and let it melt.
While the patties are cooking, warm the hamburger buns. You can brush the buns with melted butter and sprinkle dried oregano on top before toasting them.
Top the bottom half of each bun with a dollop of marinara sauce.
After the burger patty is cooked, place it over the marinara sauce and top it with three pepperoni slices.
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve hot.
