Pizza Bombs are bite-sized treats filled with classic pizza ingredients like marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, wrapped in biscuit dough, and baked to golden perfection. They are easy to make and versatile, suitable as appetizers, snacks, or a fun dinner idea.

- 1 can (16½ oz, ~465 g) of biscuit dough
- Marinara sauce
- 16 slices of pepperoni
- 8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus extra for greasing)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Shredded Parmesan cheese for topping
Preheat the Oven: Heat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with butter.
Prepare the Dough: Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a circle using your thumb.
Add the Fillings: Place a dollop of marinara sauce, a pepperoni slice, and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece.
Seal the Bombs: Fold the dough edges up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush and Top: Combine melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush this mixture onto each bomb, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
