- 1 cup Corn syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Pecans
- 1 Unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Place pecans in pie crust and pour mixture over pecans.
Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
