For the Crust:
- 22 Oreo cookies (regular, with filling) or 24 packaged chocolate chip cookies.
- 5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted.
For the Cookie Dough:
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened.
- 6 tablespoons (75g) brown sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 2 teaspoons milk or cream.
- 1/2 cup (60g) heat-treated flour.
- Pinch of salt.
- 1/3 cup (60g) mini chocolate chips.
For the Filling:
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened).
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Make the Crust:
Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Mix with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
