- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Ketchup (for topping)
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C and grease a muffin tin.
Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a bowl.
Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Add a small amount of ketchup to the top of each meatloaf muffin.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
