Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C and grease a muffin tin.
  • Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a bowl.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  • Add a small amount of ketchup to the top of each meatloaf muffin.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
