Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Peel and cut potatoes into ½ pieces to make approximately 5-6 cups.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 oz Cream cheese 
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1 cup Chicken, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup French fried onions 

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1/2 cup Mortadella
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place diced potatoes in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Fill with enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring a tablespoon of salt to a boil on medium-high heat.
  • Place the diced potatoes in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring a tablespoon of salt to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix milk, butter, sour cream, and cream cheese into potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine milk, butter, sour cream, and cream cheese in potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour mash potato into a 9×13 casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, Mortadella crumbles, and French fried onions. Sprinkle with parsley and cook for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • If casserole begins to brown, place a piece of foil over it and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
