- 1 pound Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken piece into flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
