Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken piece into flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
