- 6-8 Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Self-rising flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing dish, combine flour, sugar, and milk until blended.
Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir.
Arrange peach slices over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
