Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • Churros for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each until barely incorporated.
  • Stir in milk and flour until combined.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.
  • Cool completely before topping with churros.
