Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugar:

  • In a large mixing bowl, put the butter and powdered sugar and mix them thoroughly. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • Add flour and salt to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Shape Cookies:

  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden.

Powdered Sugar Coating:

  • Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before rolling them in powdered sugar while still warm. Allow to cool completely before re-rolling in powdered sugar and serving.
