- 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 Large tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce, chopped
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper.
On each tortilla, spread a thin layer of yogurt or mayonnaise.
Layer with lettuce, tomato, chicken, and cheese.
Add any optional ingredients you like.
Tightly roll the tortillas, cut them in half, and serve.
