Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 pound Chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Temperature the oil in a big skillet over a medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken pieces until they are golden and well done.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying until tender-crisp.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Return chicken to the skillet.
  • Bring together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture.
  • Simmer until the sauce has thickened and coated the chicken and veggies.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
