- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 pound Chicken breast, sliced
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Temperature the oil in a big skillet over a medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken pieces until they are golden and well done.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying until tender-crisp.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Return chicken to the skillet.
Bring together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture.
Simmer until the sauce has thickened and coated the chicken and veggies.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
