- 2 cups Penne pasta
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Spinach, parsley for garnish
Prepare the penne pasta as directed on the package, then drain and reserve.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until golden brown.
Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine pasta with sauce, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
