Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Penne pasta
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spinach, parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the penne pasta as directed on the package, then drain and reserve.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  • Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Combine pasta with sauce, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
