1 cup Unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1 cup Vanilla extract 2 cups All-purpose flour 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped 1/4 tbsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the powdered sugar and softened butter until light and frothy in a large mixing basin.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Add the flour and salt gradually and stir until thoroughly blended.
Once the nuts are coarsely chopped, stir them into the dough until they are uniformly distributed.
The dough should be rolled into 1-inch balls and placed on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
Bake until the bottoms are just beginning to turn brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
After letting the cookies cool for five minutes, while they are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
Let them cool completely and roll them in powdered sugar again before serving.
