- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Vanilla pudding
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar: In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
Combine by gradually adding the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Shape cookies: Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Fill cookies: Once cool, fill with vanilla pudding between two cookies.
