Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla pudding

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter and sugar: In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Combine by gradually adding the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Shape cookies: Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
  • Fill cookies: Once cool, fill with vanilla pudding between two cookies.
