Ingredients
  

  • 1 Packet Biscoff biscuits
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 tbsp Custard powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Packet jelly (flavor of choice)
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the jelly according to packet instructions and let it set slightly in the refrigerator.
  • Crush Biscoff biscuits and layer them at the bottom of serving glasses.
  • In a saucepan, mix custard powder with a little milk to form a smooth paste. Add remaining milk and sugar; cook on medium heat until thickened.
  • Let the custard cool slightly, then layer over the Biscoff base.
  • Once the jelly is partially set, pour it over the custard layer.
  • Chill until fully set. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
