- 1 Packet Biscoff biscuits
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 tbsp Custard powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Packet jelly (flavor of choice)
- 2 cups Boiling water
- Whipped cream for topping
Prepare the jelly according to packet instructions and let it set slightly in the refrigerator.
Crush Biscoff biscuits and layer them at the bottom of serving glasses.
In a saucepan, mix custard powder with a little milk to form a smooth paste. Add remaining milk and sugar; cook on medium heat until thickened.
Let the custard cool slightly, then layer over the Biscoff base.
Once the jelly is partially set, pour it over the custard layer.
Chill until fully set. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
